FEES TO TENANTS
Holding deposit payments
Once you’ve found a property you like we will confirm all the details of the proposed tenancy, and you will be asked to pay a holding deposit which will be equal to one weeks rent (please speak to a member of staff or refer to the property details) which can be bank transfer. This payment will go towards your first months rent and also ensures that your chosen property will be withdrawn from the rental market whilst we conduct the referencing process.
You will forfeit your holding deposit should we find evidence that you have provided misleading information as part of your referencing process, you fail the referencing process and are unable to move forward to satisfactory referencing or and not limited to not executing your tenancy within 15 days of your application.
Termination fees
Should you withdraw from your fixed term occupational agreement, you will be subject to a penalty fee of 50% + vat (60% inc vat) of your rent.
Permitted fees
We have a right to charge you permitted fees which include and may not be limited to lost keys, losses to the landlord from tenant negligence.
