“We were looking for a new home and this seemed to have what we were looking for at the time, plus you have the amazing views over the Bristol Channel from all the front bedrooms. The development is really spaced out and there are a number of open spaces for the children. It’s one of those areas where everyone knows everyone and is popular with commuters due to its location, how much you get for your money, and the school catchment area. The area is stunning and we have loved living by the coast, the walks are breathtaking and spending time by the sea as a family has been something we have all cherished. You also have pubs and shops in walking distance, so you really have everything you need.” There is lot to admire about this property. The log burner certainly adds some home comforts, and has helped to reduce their energy costs – this home is incredibly energy efficient.
