The People

Take a nose on a few local estate agent websites; when you have found one that catches your eye, call them to hear some more.  The person who answers your call will introduce themselves and listen you you as you talk. If you warm to them instantly then you are off to a great start. 

If the conversation was enjoyable then pop in to see them.  If an agent cares they will take the time to enjoy a coffee with you and get to know you.  It may seem like a pleasant introduction but if the agent is on the ball then they will already be thinking of ways to attract a buyer for you. Talk to them about your wonderful home because they will then start planning a creative strategy to sell your home.

Being flexible and adaptable, and having a creative flair makes an estate agent different.  Having a personality goes along way in this industry, far from the stale marketing and dull conversations from a long time ago.  It is also great for selling homes too.

Considered thoughtful words take time to write, but they are remembered. Professionally written property descriptions are the most effective way to help people picture their family in the home too.  When a home description is thoughtful and personal, it stands out from the rest and shows the individual character of the home.  It helps people envision the lifestyle they can lead; because when we tap in to people's emotions, we can tap a 'sold sign' in to the front garden too.
