The homeowners were concerned that the lack of interest could ultimately result in no sale and leaving them not being able to upsize to a bigger home. The communication with their agent was minimal and they could not gain a reason as to why their home had not sold.

When you have a home that is typically a flat and is shown typically as a flat then buyers will just see it as another flat that comes with lease charges, lack of space, no garden, no light ...The list goes on you then need to show its beauty and potential to give buyers a dilemma that makes them want to see the flat for themselves and make them see a flat in different way from how they are perceived. Show them the real reasons why they should buy a flat or any property from the very first time they see it.
What we did is we showed the current homeowners how we could do some impactful marketing, how we could change the way buyers could see the property and how it could be their new home. So here is what we did..
We moved some of the furniture in the lounge and put the lights on to create a cosy, warm living space. The window is amazing in this room so we took advantage of this focal point and dressed the dining table to show buyers how they could see themselves having this lifestyle. We also dressed the kitchen which flowed from the lounge and really showcased the light and space each room had to offer.
We took some beautiful photographs which included lifestyle shots to create desire.
